Despite the fact that JJ Dussel and the manager Pete of peddelen rather keep low profile than shout out their ambitions they feel forced to say something about their future. Recently many offers passed my and Dussel eyes and we replied every interesed party in Dussel personal but since this is a very time consuming proces and is close to negatively affecting the teams preformance we feel that we must for once stand out in the open and draw the attention towards us.
Dussel has a contract for at least two seasons and both the team and Dussel will respect that contract no matter what other teams offer or propose. The team has much confidence that Dussel will do his best for the team and vice versa. Together with Van Heiningen who recently joined the team he will be the guy who will win the races.
Dussel: "I really have a great time at peddelen. Pete picked me up a few years ago and asked if wanted to join his new to be formed cyclingteam. The next moment I was training my ass off and after a while I started winning races! It would feel like cheating on your girlfriend leaving the team at this moment. Joris (Busch) put his own career aside to work for me I greatly owe him and all my other friends of peddelen and I am confident that I will pay off the trust they have in me."

Ik zou JJ ook niet wegdoen, hij is de absolute kopman in je team, en kan ook in de eerste en tweede divisie uit de voeten.
